I was a hiring manager at my last job. There was one candidate, maybe he was 24, I spilled coffee on him as he was opening the door to the 14th floor interview room. I think I was wearing a heavy messenger bag and it slipped down onto my coffee arm. It all happened so fast. He didn't get the job, but I voted yes at the interview debrief panel.
