I have an issue sometimes writing for screen. Sometimes I have a specific opinion about comedic timing of a certain line. I might, for instance, know I want a slight pause in a line. I don't know If I should use an ellipsis, white the word 'pause' or just wait until we're shooting and give an actor my thoughts offline. I need something like musical notation where I can say how much white space I need.
